- A Better Designation When Jeff Sibel CFP, the founder of the Real Estate IRA University was a Realtor, he once had the GRI, CRS, ABR and ePRO designations. - 3-Step Plan Called I.R.A Certified Real Estate IRA Specialists do not give investment advice. Only the Certified Real Estate IRA Advisor™ provides investment advice. You only focus on: Identify, Refer and Act (Implement) or IRA.
- Identify – The Specialist will Identify clients who are interested in learning how to retire early with less money invested. They accomplish this by offering their clients a Complimentary Consultation or one of Jeff Sibel CFP’s books. Once they have identified the need, they move to step 2.
- Refer – When the client wants to schedule a Complimentary Consultation, the Specialist refers the client to a Certified Real Estate IRA Advisor™. You will have the client read chapter one and two of Jeff Sibel CFP’s book entitled, The Real Estate IRA Retirement Planning Guide. You then ask the client to fill out the appropriate retirement date specific worksheet and fax it to the Certified Real Estate IRA Advisor™ that is part of your Real Estate IRA Dream Team.
- Act – The Certified Real Estate IRA Advisor™ will conduct a short Complimentary Consultation to see if the client is on track to achieve their retirement, investment, financial and/or legacy planning goals. If they are not on track, they can include basic suggestions and recommendations that include alternative investments like real estate. The client will most likely need an engagement to create a detailed plan to accomplish their goals. You will Act on or implement that plan for your client.
- 1/2 hour of Real Estate IRA Basics and Best Practices coaching. This is a $125 value.
- 1/2 hour of “How to Build Real Estate Practice Niche Using Real Estate IRAs”. This is a $125 value.
